POSITION: SPMI/ACT Program Manager


The SPMI Program Manager is responsible for oversight of the SPMI QA/QI team and supervises SPMI planning and scheduling of the daily clinical operations.   Knowledge of community mental health resources, particularly SPMI related resources and supports Reviews service program and curriculum to ensure compliance with DACT, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, CARF, CND program mission, philosophy, and key principals.  Sensitivity to ethnic, cultural, gender; beliefs, and behaviors.   Utilize a motivational approach to engage individuals with their therapeutic relationships and respect boundaries.


Education:  Master’s degree in human service or behavioral science with Three (3) years of experience in the field of chemical dependence and mental health treatment.  One or more License/Credentials are required: PC, PCC or LICDC or LISW  

The following educational requirements are acceptable:  Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory endorsement and a declared scope of practice of mental health counseling, alcohol and drug addiction counseling and licensed to perform clinical supervision; OR

Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervisory endorsement and a declared scope of practice of mental health counseling, alcohol and drug addiction counseling and licensed to perform clinical supervision.

POSITION: Accounting Supervisor


CND is seeking an enthusiastic individual that will oversee general accounting functions, including supervision of assigned staff to maintain our organizations assets, liabilities, revenue and expenditures and to ensure transactions are complete, timely and accurately recorded in compliance GAAP, as well as grant / government regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.  Minimum three years of Non-Profit accounting experience required.  A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.  Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills is required.  A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

POSITION: Peer Supporter – PartTime


CND is seeking a dedicated and supportive individual with knowledge from their own experience that will utilize a combination of medication and treatment in an integrated manner as an effective means of treating opiate addiction. The program can house up to 5 men at a time allowing for both individualized attention as well as a supportive environment. Clients are provided with at least Six (6) hours of group treatment daily and live in a safe and structured environment.

This program will offer a safe living environment, prepared meals, 24/7 staff, Group and Individual counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Wellness and Sober Leisure Activities.

High School diploma or equivalent, personal experience of addiction and recovery. Certified Peer Recovery Supporter or willing to become one and/or CDCA certified.

All positions require a valid Ohio driver’s license and automobile insurance.  Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
