With nearly 30 years of experience in finance and financial data analysis, Lisa is responsible for providing health care policy, communication, budgeting, HMO and hospital rate development, and financial data analysis to Managed Care Plans working directly with the Ohio Department of Medicaid.

After graduating from The Ohio State University, David started his 26+ year career in banking and finance helping individuals accomplish their personal and financial goals. While at National City for 7 years, David earned his MBA from Xavier University. During his 12 years at US Bank, he served small businesses as a business banker, team leader and regional manager. During his 7 years at Huntington Bank, he led the Commercial and Business Banking Training initiative as well as the delivery of Small Business Banking in the branch network. David is currently responsible for leading and developing Commercial Business services at KEMBA Financial Credit Union. He is very active in his church and enjoys running and biking.
Kailee practices primarily in the areas of labor and employee relations and litigation. She offers practical counseling designed to prevent disruptive employment disputes and increase workplace efficiency. She also works to understand the specific needs and goals of each business to give tailored advice on how to comply with the various and ever-changing laws and regulations affecting employers. Kailee uses her litigation experience to put clients in the best possible position should litigation arise and advises clients with long-term implications in mind. Kailee also specializes in advising attorneys through ethics and professionalism issues or disputes.
Kailee is a native of Cleveland, played volleyball at West Virginia University, and received her law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

She holds a M.S. in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University, and has a wealth of experience in the sales and communication arena. She has served as an Executive Director of Marketing and is a tenured sales professional. Monica’s knowledge of the Columbus area make her a great resource.
Monica brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. She has held various sales/marketing positions with several Fortune 1000 companies in healthcare, financial, and human resources. She works daily with business owners providing training, education and implementation of various products. In addition, she was responsible for internal training and conducting various continuing education classes. Monica believes in supporting and promoting her community and currently serves as a Board Member for Community for New Direction, a local non-profit which helps inner city children find and stay on the right path. Monica is also a Board member for Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. She has been a featured speaker and member of a brand writers forum.
Tracy Cloud is a healthcare executive and consultant with 18 years of Medicaid policy and operations experience. In January 2017, she began consulting with HealthCare Perspective, a company that specializes in assisting public entities and Medicaid providers maximize delivery of behavioral health, addiction and developmental disability services. Prior to joining HCP, she spent 5 years as Vice President of Operations for Buckeye Health Plan, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation. At Buckeye, Tracy led the Operations Division through transformational change as the company expanded from 60,000 members to 315,000 members statewide and implemented complex products including MyCare Ohio, a program for dual eligible members, and a Health Insurance Marketplace Exchange product.
Prior to joining Buckeye, she spent twelve years in state and local government, developing, implementing, and communicating healthcare policy for the Ohio Medicaid program, most recently as an Assistant Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). Tracy is married to Bryant Young. They have four children and reside in Westerville, Ohio.
Bryant is Director in Technology Consulting within the Great Lakes Region and is based in the Columbus, Ohio office. Bryant’s primary focus is with clients in the Health and Human Services (HHS) space and the public sector to design and deliver systems that align with business needs.
Bryant is an innovative technology and business visionary and was formerly the CIO for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). He provided executive leadership as head of IT for a healthcare organization with a two billion dollar book of business. Prior to joining DODD, Bryant held IT leadership positions in the banking, insurance, and manufacturing sectors and was the 2012 winner of the TechColumbus Innovation Awards for Executive of the Year.
He served as Board Chair for Jessie’s World, an organization that assists in the transition and reunification of incarcerated woman with their children and is a graduate of Central State University.

Jessica Wilkins-Bibbs joined the Franklin County Data Center in March 2013 as the Human Resources Manager. A graduate of Otterbein University, Westerville, Ohio, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management in 2003. She possesses 10 years of experience in human resources in many different capacities, proving strong in the areas of organizational culture, strategic management, and performance management. She values building relationships and helping to ensure that the organizational mission remains at the forefront of the team’s efforts. Jessica is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. Jessica resides in Westerville with her daughter who plans to attend the Ohio State University in August 2014.

Jason Guagenti is currently a part of a select group of OhioHealth leaders participating in the EXCEL program, a unique leadership development program for high-potentials. Within the program, Jason will participate in key development experiences designed to prepare him for placement in higher-level positions within the organization. A special project assignment serves as the cornerstone of this experience – supplemented with coaching, mentoring, formal learning, cohort experiences, and community leadership. Previously, Mr. Guagenti served as Director of Radiology at Riverside Methodist Hospital and chaired the OhioHealth Radiation Safety and Quality Committee focused on standardizing and improving quality in Radiology throughout their system. He also served on the steering committee for the Neuroscience Center addition which
Mr. Guagenti began his career in 1999 as a radiologic technologist at Riverside Methodist Hospital and has worked in healthcare management for 12 years. He held various management positions at Riverside Methodist Hospital until he was promoted to Director at Grady Memorial Hospital, also part of the OhioHealth system, in 2007. In 2012, he returned to Riverside Methodist Hospital as the Director of Radiology.
A graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where he received a bachelor’s degree in Allied Medicine, Mr. Guagenti also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. He is a member in the American Society of Radiology Technologists and .Association for Medical Imaging Management. He has also spoken at national conferences on influencing people and process improvement centered on associate and patient satisfaction.
