Tracy is a healthcare executive with 18 years of Medicaid policy and operations experience. She currently serves an Chief Administrative Officer at Lower Lights Christian Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center. Prior to joining Lower Lights, she spent five years as Vice President of Operations for Buckeye Health Plan, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation. At Buckeye, Tracy led the Operations Division through transformational change as the company expanded from 60,000 members to 315,000 members statewide and implemented complex products including MyCare Ohio, a program for dual eligible members, and a Health Insurance Marketplace Exchange product. Prior to joining Buckeye, she spent twelve years in state and local government, developing, implementing, and communicating healthcare policy for the Ohio Medicaid program, most recently as an Assistant Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). Tracy is married to Bryant Young. They have four children and reside in Westerville, Ohio.

Lisa is a Medicaid Health Administrator for the State of Ohio, where she has worked for more than 29 years.
With nearly 30 years of experience in finance and financial data analysis, Lisa is responsible for providing health care policy, communication, budgeting, HMO and hospital rate development, and financial data analysis to Managed Care Plans working directly with the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Lisa has a Master of Business Administration, Not-for-Profit Focus, and a Bachelor of Science both from Franklin University in Columbus.

Kailee is a native of Cleveland, played volleyball at West Virginia University and received her law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Michael is an attorney at OhioHealth, where he is responsible for providing counsel on medical affairs, foundation issues, and questions pertaining to risk management and quality. Michael also spent several years as legal counsel to Bellefaire JCB, a child service agency in Cleveland that provides behavioral health, substance abuse, education and prevention services. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael taught middle school social studies in the South Bronx, N.Y., as a Teach For America Corps Member. Michael is a native of Cleveland, played soccer at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates
Jason is currently Vice President and Executive Director of Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates. Formerly, he was the Senior Director of Operations at Dublin Methodist Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital. His areas of leadership include surgical services, cardiology, and all support services at both campuses. Previously, Jason served as Director of Radiology at Riverside Methodist Hospital and chaired the OhioHealth Radiation Safety and Quality Committee focused on standardizing and improving quality in radiology throughout their system.
Jason began his career in 1999 as a radiologic technologist at Riverside Methodist Hospital and has worked in healthcare management for 12 years. He held various management positions at Riverside Methodist Hospital until he was promoted to Director at Grady Memorial Hospital, also part of the OhioHealth system, in 2007. In 2012, he returned to Riverside Methodist Hospital as the Director of Radiology and in 2016 began his current role.
A graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where he received a bachelor’s degree in Allied Medicine, Jason also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. He is a member in the American Society of Radiology Technologists and Association for Medical Imaging Management. He has also spoken at national conferences on influencing people and process improvement centered on associate and patient satisfaction.
Amy has been passionate about children and her community for years and has channeled that energy into work with Columbus City Schools, Franklin County Children’s Services, and Yes We Can Columbus as a volunteer, mentor, and advocate. She served as the Secretary and Vice President of PACE, a parent advocacy and support organization for the district’s Gifted & Talented students, and was heavily involved in the PTA at her son’s school. She is a Reading Buddy, Junior Achievement instructor, and developed a career exploration program for middle schoolers.
Professionally, she has worked for small, minority or woman owned businesses for the past 13 years and has educated corporate clients on the benefits of implementing a diverse supplier program. She is the Business Development Director of Checks & Balances, a woman-owned Workforce Solutions company with several large clients headquartered in Columbus.
Amy is the proud mother of her son, Carson, and two rescue dogs, Penny and Frances. She lives in Sharon Heights.
Eric Potts II is currently a Reinsurance Specialist with Nationwide Insurance. Has been a part of the Nationwide team for 17 years and has held multiple positions within the company. Professional Experience at Nationwide include: Team building, Process improvement, Project Management, Motivational leader. A native of Columbus Ohio, he has been active in community services starting as a teen. Involved in various community outreach programs, Eric was driven to teach his children and any youth in his area to strive to be excellent. He has been presented multiple awards from individual programs as well as Nationwide for his individual volunteer work.
Program activity coordinator for the Ambassadors for Christ program at The Columbus Bible Way Church Inc. Founder of Full Time Father, an organization to help direct young men to legal advice, teaching basic care taking skills, patience, persistence, and participating in the child’s upbringing. Lead mentor with Future Stars of Dayton, a non-profit organization to motivate young males to think critically and prepare their minds for the noble men they will become.
Sandra currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Expeed Software, headquartered in Worthington, Ohio. Her career expertise goes well beyond sales though. She spent a number of years in the automotive tier 1 supplier industry, where her diverse responsibilities ranged from quality control to operations and staffing. Sandra is a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to think outside of the box.
Sandra is a native of Battle Creek, Michigan and attended Michigan State University with studies in Engineering and Business. She currently resides in Delaware, Ohio and is the proud mother to two fantastic children. She volunteers her time helping children and others in need. She serves as a mentor and volunteer for Youth Services at her church and is active with Common Ground Free Store Ministries and the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. She is also an animal advocate.

Jessica joined the Franklin County Data Center in March 2013. A graduate of Otterbein University, Westerville, Ohio, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management in 2003. She possesses over 14 years of experience in human resources, proving strong in the areas of organizational culture, strategic management and performance management. She values building relationships and helping to ensure that the organization’s mission remains at the forefront of the team’s efforts. Jessica is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO). She has also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
Bryant is an innovative technology and business visionary with 20 years of executive and hands-on experience in the banking, insurance, manufacturing and government sectors executing IT strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. His primary focus is working with clients to design and deliver systems that achieve their goals and drive the business forward.
Bryant recently held the position of Director in the Technology Consulting Practice (TMC) at RSM, LLC where he focused on working with clients in the Health and Human Services (HHS) space and the public sector. Before that, Bryant was the CIO for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) where he was recognized by Columbus Business First as CIO of the year in 2014. In this position, he engineered a turnaround of the IT division’s performance and service levels while raising the visibility of IT to transform it into a strategic business partner.
Prior to joining DODD, Bryant held IT leadership positions in the banking and insurance sectors. He was named a 2014 Columbus Business First C-Suite Honoree and one of the 2014 Smart 50 by Smart Business Magazine.
Bryant received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems/Management from Central State University. He has the following certifications: ITIL Foundations, Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Certification and Six Sigma Lean White Belt.
